flower_button.gifHolistic health care attends to the entire person, including the mind and body, as a whole, not as parts or segments. It attempts to maximize the body's own natural healing resources to combat and prevent disease. At the San Jose Holistic Health Care Clinic, we believe that while it is important to treat the immediate agents of the disease (symptoms), it is even more important to build a strong constitution. We do this by attending to factors other than just the body itself. A person's state of mind, amount of exercise, nutrition, life-style, and degree of relaxation are all considerations in a holistic viewpoint of optimum health.
