We provide on site care, seminars and workshops to ensure corporate wellness. These classes focus on illness and injury prevention. We teach attitudes and techniques which promote health in a workplace context. Classes are built on the philosophy that there are three parts to any injury which include mental & emotional, physical and chemical & nutrition.
